The Detox Protocol

The exact 4-month order to clear parasites, mold, and metals from the cell up — with the full dosing, morning to night. Both ways to run it. Nothing gatekept.

Hybrid Kyle · @hybrid.kyle

What this is

The exact protocol I run — start to finish.

Below, I'm giving you the whole thing. All 4 phases, in order: what you take in the morning, what you take at night, how much, for how long, and why each step matters. Both the CellCore kit and a budget DIY version, dose for dose. Nothing held back.

The one rule it all hangs on: open your body's drains before you pull anything out. Kill parasites or stir up toxins while the exits are still closed — with nothing to catch them — and your body just reabsorbs the whole load. That's the "die-off" that makes people feel like death. Open the exits first, and the exact same protocol that wrecks most people actually works. Here's the order 👇

The protocol

4 phases. One month each. In order.

Over 4 months you systematically clear parasites → then mold & mycotoxins → then heavy metals, in the order your body can actually handle — so instead of crashing, your energy, focus, and drive come back.

Every phase below has the full protocol — what it does, what you take morning and night, how much, for how long — both the CellCore kit and a DIY version. Run them in order; don't jump ahead.

Phase 1 · Month 1 · run ~1 month

⚡ Drainage & Energy

What it does — Before you pull a single toxin out, you open the exits (colon, liver, lymph) and power your cells. Skip it and everything after backfires — the toxins get stirred up with nowhere to go. The colon is the base drain — clog it and the liver, lymph, and brain all back up behind it (that's the fog and the crash). And detox itself burns energy, so you power your cells at the same time — the engine that does the actual cleanup.

The order: you open the drains bottom-up — colon → liver → lymph → brain. Each one backs up into the last, so the colon opens first.

🧬 CellCore — $275

☀️ Morning: CT-Minerals (1 cap) · BC-ATP (2) · BioToxin Binder (2, 30 min away from food) · KL-Support (2)
🌙 Night: BC-ATP (2) · BioToxin Binder (2) · KL-Support (2)

Why each: BioToxin Binder catches the mobilized toxins so they leave the body instead of reabsorbing (the piece most cleanses skip) · BC-ATP = cellular energy to power the detox (detox burns ATP) · CT-Minerals = the mineral base your detox enzymes run on · KL-Support = kidney + liver drainage.

🌿 DIY — off-the-shelf

☀️ Morning: Charcoal + bentonite binder (1–2, away from food) · milk thistle + dandelion (+NAC) (1–2) · shilajit/fulvic drops
🌙 Night: Magnesium citrate (to tolerance — for daily bowel movements)

Why each: Charcoal / bentonite binds the mobilized toxins so they leave the body, not reabsorb · milk thistle + dandelion + NAC support the liver and raise glutathione, your master detoxifier · shilajit / fulvic = the mineral base your enzymes run on · magnesium citrate keeps you having daily bowel movements — the actual exit route.

Binders ride solo — 30+ min away from food, meds, and everything else, or they bind the good stuff too.

Phase 2 · Month 2 · run ~1 month

🫠 Gut & Parasites

What it does — Drains are open — now you hit the biggest pathogen first. Parasites harbor everything else (mold, metals), so clearing them early releases what they've been hiding. Mimosa pudica scrubs the gut wall on the way through. Parasites act like sponges — they hoard heavy metals and toxins, and mold literally lives inside them. Clear them here and you release everything they've been hiding, so the later phases can carry it out.

🧬 CellCore — $255

☀️ Morning: Para 1 / Mimosa (2, on waking) · Para 2 (2) · BC-ATP (2) · BioToxin Binder (2, away from Para) · CT-Minerals (1 cap)
🌙 Night: Para 1 / Mimosa (2, at bed) · Para 2 (2) · BC-ATP (2) · BioToxin Binder (2)

Why each: Mimosa pudica (Para 1) is a sticky gut-scrubber that grabs parasites, biofilm + toxins on the way through · Para 2 is the herbal parasite-killing blend · BioToxin Binder catches what's released so it leaves · BC-ATP powers the work · CT-Minerals replaces the minerals parasites steal.

🌿 DIY — off-the-shelf

☀️ Morning: Mimosa pudica (1–2, on waking) · black walnut + wormwood + freshly-ground cloves (per label, w/ meals) · binder (1–2, away from Mimosa)
🌙 Night: Mimosa pudica (1–2, at bed) · binder (1–2)

Why each: Mimosa pudica is a sticky gut-scrubber that grabs parasites, biofilm + toxins · Black Walnut Hull kills the ADULT parasites (juglone) · Wormwood hits the LARVAL / developing stages (take daily, dose ramps up) · Cloves kill the EGGS — must be FRESHLY GROUND (eugenol degrades in pre-ground) · add Berberine as a broad-spectrum antiparasitic + antifungal (strongest human evidence of the botanicals; skip with certain meds / pregnancy) · the binder catches what's released.

Time the heavy hits to the full moon (parasites are most active then) and cut sugar — it's their fuel. Keep the binder separate from the Mimosa.

Phase 3 · Month 3 · run ~1 month

🩸 Whole-Body & Bile

What it does — Now you go past the gut — the pathogens hiding in your tissues and organs. The unlock is bile flow (TUDCA): the actual route your liver uses to dump toxins. No bile flow, no detox. This is also where your gut heals: bile is naturally antimicrobial, and TUDCA repairs the gut lining and bile ducts while it flushes out everything the earlier phases loosened up. Get the bile flowing and the deeper load finally has an exit.

🧬 CellCore — $320

☀️ Morning: Advanced TUDCA (1, with food) · ViRadChem Binder (2) · Para 1 (2, waking) · Para 3 (10 drops in water) · CT-Minerals (1 cap)
🌙 Night: Advanced TUDCA (1, with food) · ViRadChem Binder (2) · Para 1 (2, bed) · Para 3 (10 drops)

Why each: Advanced TUDCA forces bile flow — the actual route your liver dumps toxins (no bile flow, no detox) · ViRadChem Binder catches the deeper load as it's released · Para 1 (Mimosa) keeps scrubbing the gut · Para 3 reaches the developing stages · CT-Minerals = the mineral base your enzymes run on.

🌿 DIY — off-the-shelf

☀️ Morning: TUDCA (250–500 mg, with food) · Lugol's iodine (a few drops in water) · antiparasitic herbs (continue) · binder (continue)
🌙 Night: TUDCA (250–500 mg) · binder · optional castor-oil pack over the liver

Why each: TUDCA forces bile flow — the actual route your liver dumps toxins (no bile flow, no detox) · Lugol's iodine is antimicrobial + thyroid support · a castor-oil pack drives liver circulation · keep the binder + antiparasitic herbs going so nothing reabsorbs.

Bile flow is the whole unlock here — TUDCA keeps it moving so the deeper load finally has an exit.

Phase 4 · Month 4 · run ~1 month

☣️ Systemic Detox

What it does — The deepest layer — mold, mycotoxins, and heavy metals stored in your cells, plus a final lymph flush. This is exactly what most people try FIRST and wonder why they crash. You earned it by opening everything above. These metals are stored deep inside the cells — and heavy metals physically shrink the cristae, the folds where your cells actually make energy, which is why clearing them is what floods your energy back. Then a final lymph flush clears the highway.

🧬 CellCore — $280

☀️ Morning: HM-ET Binder (1) · LymphActiv (1) · Para 4 (2, waking) · BC-ATP (2)
🌙 Night: HM-ET Binder (1) · LymphActiv (1) · Para 4 (2, bed) · BC-ATP (2)

Why each: HM-ET Binder grabs the mobilized heavy metals so they leave the body · LymphActiv moves the lymph — your toxin highway · Para 4 clears the final egg / larval stages · BC-ATP powers the deepest pull.

🌿 DIY — off-the-shelf

☀️ Morning: Zeolite/clinoptilolite + chlorella (per label, away from food) · cleavers + burdock drops (lymph) · dry brushing / sauna / rebounding (10–20 min)
🌙 Night: Metal binder (per label) · antiparasitic herbs (continue)

Why each: Zeolite / clinoptilolite + chlorella bind heavy metals so they leave the body · cleavers + burdock move the lymph, your toxin highway · dry brushing / sauna / rebounding add circulation + sweat as an exit · keep a metal binder + antiparasitic herbs going.

Go at your body's pace. Feeling rough (die-off) means drainage can't keep up with what you're pulling — slow down and open the drains more, don't push harder.

After the 4 months

🔄 Maintenance — keep it clean.

You did the deep work once. From here it's light upkeep so nothing rebuilds:

🫠 Weekly parasite hit

One weekly sitting — Black Walnut (2 tsp) + Wormwood (7 caps) + Cloves (3 caps, freshly ground) — keeps them from re-establishing.

💧 Ongoing drainage

An ongoing binder + daily drainage — water, movement, and daily bowel movements. That's the whole maintenance.

De-worm your pets too — if they carry parasites, they'll re-infect you and quietly undo the work.

How to run it

Four rules so you don't crash.

1
One phase at a time, ~a month each, in order. The order IS the protocol.
2
A binder isn't optional — without one, the toxins you mobilize get reabsorbed, which is the #1 reason cleanses backfire. Take it solo, 30+ min from food, meds, and the Para products.
3
Water + movement + daily bowel movements. Non-negotiable — they're how waste physically leaves.
4
Slow is fast. Feeling worse = drains can't keep up — back off, support drainage, continue. The people who rush are the ones who quit.
On meds, pregnant, nursing, or managing a condition? Talk to your provider first. These support your body's own detox — they're not a treatment.

What's actually happening inside you

Your energy is being stolen at the cellular level.

Every bit of energy you make comes from your mitochondria — tiny engines inside your cells. Here's what nobody tells you: parasites, mold, and heavy metals attack them directly.

🦠
A parasite like Toxoplasma starts burning your mitochondrial energy within 10 minutes of entering a cell — to fuel its own replication.
☣️
Heavy metals literally shrink the cristae — the folds inside the cell where energy is actually made.
🔄
It becomes a vicious cycle: toxins damage the engine → you make less energy → your body can't clear more toxins. That's why you've felt stuck no matter what you try.

It's also why you can take every supplement and still feel wrecked — the toxins block the very reactions those nutrients run. Toxicity creates deficiency.

Here's the beautiful part: as you clear each layer — drainage, parasites, mold, metals — your mitochondria come off defense and back to making energy. That's the fatigue lifting, the fog clearing, the "I feel like myself again." Not a supplement masking symptoms — your cells coming back to life.

Once I'd cleared everything out, I also run peptide protocols that hyper-boost my energy even further — but detox comes first.

The comeback · month over month

What actually changes, month by month.

M1
The heavy, dragging fatigue starts to lift as your system stops fighting a backed-up drain. First real energy.
M2
Deeper, steadier energy and fewer cravings — the parasites stealing your fuel + minerals are gone.
M3
Brain fog clears and mood steadies as the deeper load finally has an exit.
M4
Sharp focus, full-body energy, and drive back — the mold + metals are out. You feel like yourself again.
🩹 Feeling worse before better is normal. That's "die-off" — toxins leaving faster than your drains can clear them (the Herxheimer reaction). It's a signal to slow down and support drainage (water, movement, binders), not to quit. Pushing through the right way is exactly how you get your life back.

Maintenance after: keep it light — a binder + daily drainage, and a short parasite cleanse around the full moon every few months. Built on the methodology of CellCore's Dr. Jay Davidson + Dr. Klinghardt's parasite research, plus my own 4 months running it.

Proof it's real

This is what's quietly hiding in most people.

A liver fluke passed while running a detox protocol

A friend passed this liver fluke running a protocol — this is what's quietly hiding in most people, showing up as the fatigue, brain fog, and low drive they can't explain.

Getting the products

Want the CellCore version? One catch.

CellCore is practitioner-only — you can't buy it on the open market, only through a certified rep. The full 4-month kit runs ~$1,130 ($275 + $255 + $320 + $280).

I'm a certified CellCore rep — so if you want the done-for-you version, I can get it for you and dial it to exactly where you're starting.

Prefer to keep it budget? The DIY version above is everything you need — off-the-shelf products you order yourself, roughly $250–$350 total. More hands-on, but it works.

Either way, I've got you.

Let's work together

You've tried everything and still feel off.

If you're exhausted, foggy, and running on empty no matter what you do — it's not in your head, and it's not your fault. It's what's quietly built up inside, stealing your energy at the source. I've been exactly where you are, and I rebuilt myself from the ground up. Message me and tell me where you're at — I'll build your exact plan with you (detox first, then how we get your energy all the way back), CellCore or DIY, one step at a time. Real one-on-one, no pressure.
